Foundation Enrolments for the following school year are taken at any time, however St John’s has a focus on Foundation enrolments between late February and August each year.

An interview with the Principal is a required part of our enrolment process, please call the school office on 03 59971653 to arrange an appointment, alternatively if your forms are submitted electronically we will contact you to arrange this.
Please Note: Children enrolling for Foundation must meet the required age of turning five by the 30th of April in their Foundation year and have all the relevant forms and certificates completed. Please see the Enrolment Handbook above for further information regarding enrolment requirements.
St John’s offers Foundation children a smooth transition to their primary school life through an extensive Foundation Orientation Program held during October and November. In furthering this transtion, Term 1 commences as a 4-day week for Foundation students, with Wednesdays being a rest day, during the initial weeks.

Families interested in enrolling Foundation students at St John’s for the 2027 school year and beyond are invited to complete and Enrolment Expression of Interest form below and submit it to enrolments@stjohnskwr.catholic.edu.au for follow-up.
